NACBA’s Members-Only Workshop is heading to Hilton Head Island, SC! Join us this December 2-4 at the relaxing, ocean front Westin Hilton Head Resort & Spa. Hilton Head Island is known for its white-sand beaches, natural beauty, and family-friendly atmosphere. The island has 12 miles of beaches, 24 golf courses, bike paths, parks, nature preserves, shopping, and dining. Hilton Head Island is also home to wildlife such as loggerhead sea turtles, alligators, snowy egrets, and dolphins.

NACBA's Members-Only Workshops are different from Conventions by offering more intensive sessions. While other associations "add consumer tracks," NACBA is the only national association dedicated to serving the professional needs of consumer bankruptcy attorneys. If you practice consumer bankruptcy and represent debtors, NACBA's Workshop is where you grow your practice. NACBA is YOUR practice partner.

Guest Meal Tickets are available for $299. Guest meal tickets are for guests only and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Meals for attendees are included in registration fees. Meals included: Welcome Reception, coffee breaks, and meals provided during session hours. GUESTS WILL NEED A MEAL TICKET TO ATTEND NACBA’S WELCOME RECEPTION ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 2ND. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

As our association’s response to COVID-19 continues to evolve, our in-person events will include measures to promote safety and prevent the spread of the coronavirus. If you choose to participate in our events in person, the event environment will promote social distancing and event protocols guided by the CDC, along with other safety measures that NACBA and the event location deem necessary. NACBA's Members-Only Workshop will operate in conjunction with Puerto Rico's requirements for all "professional" events.

Guest Meal Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and should be purchased for Guests ONLY. Attendees do not need to purchase Meal Tickets; meals are covered by tuition.

Workshop Cancellations received on or before 5:00 pm EST Friday, October 4, 2024 = 100%. No refunds after Friday, October 4, 2024. You will receive the electronic materials.
